💻 Remote by default – I’ve spent 5+ years designing in fully remote teams, from scrappy startups to global orgs. Working across time zones taught me to communicate clearly, work autonomously, and thrive asynchronously.
☕ Entrepreneurship taught me to be independent—and deeply collaborative. I co-founded a coffee subscription biz with two engineers. It taught me to move fast, own outcomes, and pull the right people in to build great things together.
